Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I've been going to Xavier's for years and the quality and quantity of the food has always been amazing. About the only problem I usually get is eating way to much. Whether it's their pizza, Mexican, or sandwiches their food is delicious and well priced.

Pretty good thin pizza especially if you hit the half price night. Cheese bread is good and they give you a huge serving. Other food has never been a problem....good place to go to get good bar food. Nice place right in the middle of town.

The cheesebread was amazing. I wasn't a big fan of the pizza. We got a box for our leftovers that had hardened cheese and grease all over the top, that certainly grossed me out. I also left very thirsty.

The Food: Very good all around. Have done everything from pizza to sandwiches, to dinners, and so on. All very good. One of the better pizzas in the Cedar Rapids area. (CR sucks for pizza in general, so don't get too excited) The Service: Could be better. This loses them a star in my rating. At first it's fine, but if you like to stay and chat with your friends longer they forget you even exist. Getting drink refills at this point is almost impossible. The Prices: Very reasonable. The Atmosphere: Dark, which I like. Loud or quiet depends on how busy they are.

Tues night, half price pizza! So delicious, all meat or pepperoni, the crust is on the thin size which I love. My #1 favorite pizza place in CR.

I haven't had a bad experience here necessarily, just lots of mediocre ones. That is until last Saturday night. I wanted to watch a play-off baseball game. I didn't think it was a big deal considering that they have several tvs but apparently people wanted to watch Wisconsin vs Nebraska or see ISU get destroyed instead of championship MLB. Whatever, but I had a coupon. So we went elsewhere to catch the game and returned for pizza. Bland with extra bland. And the cheese bread is great until you bite down on a giant piece of garlic. The mellow vibe could be cool but I'm scared of anyplace without any windows.
